About Us

Welcome to Dairy Dip Diner, where we proudly continue an Arkansas 50s-style diner tradition in both Mulberry and Van Buren. A family-owned and operated institution, our story began in 1952 with the original Dairy Dip Diner in Mulberry and expanded to Van Buren in 2019.

Dairy Dip Diner Sign that's on the wall at the Mulberry location

Founded by the Reynolds family and eventually purchased by Nathan Hunter, the Mulberry location started as a “carry out only” establishment. As its reputation grew, we added an east-side dining room and a west-side gaming room, which was later converted into additional seating in 2000. Adorned with fun 50s decor, our Mulberry diner has welcomed local and international celebrities, politicians, and even the governor of Arkansas over the years.

In Van Buren, we’ve continued this legacy, becoming a hub for the community since 2019. From budding teenage romances to engagements, birth announcements, contract signings, marriage proposals, local sports championships, and everything in between, Dairy Dip Diner in Van Buren has become a central part of the town's history. Our customers and employees are like family, and we look forward to being part of Van Buren’s future for the next 60 years.

Both our locations offer quality food in a clean, comfortable atmosphere. Our extensive menu includes world-class burgers, '50s favorites, southern dinners, shakes, and malts, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re cruising across the country or live just down the road, Dairy Dip Diner is your home for classic diner fare and warm, welcoming service.

Find us at 2414 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR and 29 Highway 64 West, Mulberry, AR. Both locations are open Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 8 PM and closed on Sundays for now.

We look forward to your next visit and being a part of your cherished memories.
